Shipping
All goods are shipped via overnight courier FREE to anywhere within New Zealand (PO Boxes included). Courier target delivery is next working day. Please note that deliveries to rural and remote areas may take longer. We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an item is not in stock, we will advise you.
Returns
Faulty Products
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. It is quite possible that we maybe able to assist you in rectifying the problem without the need of replacement. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 30 days from the date of purchase. In no event shall Ink Direct Ltd's liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim.
Incorrect Products Supplied
Should we send you the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. INK-DIRECT.CO.NZ will cover all courier costs.

Should you order the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. An administration fee will also be charged.
