By creating an account and using this web site, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our online services.
Products and Pricing
All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST (12.5%). Ink Direct Ltd reserves the right to make changes to products and pricing without prior notice.
Termination of user account
Ink Direct Ltd reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account if we suspect that any of the terms and conditions have been breached.
Shipping
All goods are shipped via overnight courier FREE to anywhere within New Zealand (PO Boxes included). Courier target delivery is next working day. Please note that deliveries to rural and remote areas may take longer. We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the item is not in stock, we will advise you. Ink Direct Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are unfortunately out of our control.
Returns
Please contact us if you wish to return a product. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us via courier.
Faulty Products
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. It is quite possible that we maybe able to assist you in rectifying the problem without the need of replacement. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
Incorrect Products Supplied
Should we send you the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Ink Direct Ltd will cover all courier costs.
Incorrect Products Ordered
Should you order the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. An adminstration fee will also be charged.
